Job Title: Retail Manager Reporting to: Operations Director. Opening Hours: 9am-4am. Overall Purpose: We're looking for a passionate and driven Retail Manager who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive retail environment. We're looking for a candidate who can guarantee the smooth daily running of the business in order to ensure sales, profit, performance and customer service level. Responsibilities. Monitor and control of cash handling and floats including balancing & reporting. Maximise all areas of sales revenue and continually challenge yourself and your team with business targets. Manage all overheads, team schedules, labour control and all other elements affecting the profitability of the business in accordance with business targets and KPIs. Following company guidelines plan and implement localised marketing and promotional initiatives by engaging the resources available. Provide feedback and ideas (where applicable) regarding promotion campaigns. Ensuring seamless and consistent customer experience. Inspire your team to deliver the same exceptional customer service standards. Ensure the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents. Ensuring compliance in all areas of the business. Communicate with Key Stakeholders as required. Report any issues as per agreed procedure and timescale, escalating issues as required. Expected Hours: The standard working week includes evening and weekend hours. Requirements. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 Years' experience in a customer facing business. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10 staff Entrepreneurial and target driven with a commercial focus. Excellent operational and planning skills. An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team.
