Production Supervisor (Weekends. Job Overview. I am delighted to be assisting this well-known and highly respected med device manufacturer in Donegal to find a Production Supervisor to join their team. This role will be working a permanent weekend shift with an attractive salary and shift allowance. About the company: My client is a global-leader in outsource design, development and technology-driven manufacturing with global annual sales of nearly $600 million. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis. About the Job: Reporting to the Moulding Manager you will be a highly motivated person who will provide leadership to your team. Your Day-to-day responsibilities will be to effectively manage resources in meeting production goals while ensuring production, quality and safety targets are continually achieved and maintained. You will also be tasked with achieving high housekeeping standards & production documentation while also playing a key part in the implementation of continuous improvement & lean on site. From a people management perspective, you will be measuring performance metrics and conducting performance reviews while also identifying the training needs of your team. About You: As the ideal candidate, You will have 3 years supervisory experience as well as a proven track record of leading & developing both individuals & teams. You will also have knowledge of Injection Moulding equipment, tooling and design along with a familiarity with quality standards and expectations within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
