Sherpa restaurant require a Chef De Partie, experienced in preparing and cooking dishes with a Nepalese and Indian style to a very high standard for a busy restaurant. Must be hard working and capable of producing high quality foods for both department and internal standards. The chef must be innovative in introducing new and exciting dishes on an ongoing basis.
