Human Resources Coordinator, Job Ref. JO3111. Letterkenny. Maternity Contract. Salary DOE. Full-time Hours. Our client is based in Letterkenny. They are established more than ten years and are a multi-national manufacturer working across many sectors including medical, aerospace, automotive etc. Role profile: The appointed candidate will assist the HR Manager in the delivery of Human Resources services to the company. Key duties in this role will include (but may not be limited to): Support the HR Manager and Management team with any HR issues including advice and guidance where appropriate. Manage all training records and present these for audits. Coordinate and deliver bespoke training activities including induction, JI, JR (excludes operator OJT).Identify training and development needs and organise relevant training with managers/supervisors and employees. Support the recruitment life cycle from start to finish in line with best practice; ensure records are retained in line with corporate and legal requirements. Develop new initiatives and enhance existing programmes for employee engagement. Communications – ensure information is communicated and shared in a professional, effective and timely manner with relevant stakeholders. Undertake all relevant administrative tasks including the maintenance of personnel records in Oracle HR and hard copy files. Compensation and Benefits - administer Kronos weekly payroll, arrange pension sessions, and provide employees with access to information on benefits. To assist with development of policies and procedures. To help develop existing and new initiatives including the Continuous Improvement Suggestion Scheme.Prepare HR Reports in line with scheduled requirements.Assist with all HR projects. Criteria: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and: Ability to design and deliver training, presentations. Competent in use of HR systems. Can-do attitude, flexible, persuasive interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. Excellent organisational and administration skills. Strong attention to detail. Current knowledge of employment law. Positive disposition with a very good understanding and interpretation of employee relations. Interested in this role?
