Plant Manager, Job Ref. JO3130 East Donegal Permanent Fulltime hours Salary DOE Our client is a successful privately-owned company based in East Donegal who specialise in both large-scale Farming and projects in the Renewable Energy Sector throughout the island of Ireland.Continued growth within the company has created several vacancies.These represent excellent opportunities for the right candidates to play pivotal roles in growing a small business in a specialist market segment.They currently have a requirement for an experienced Plant Manager to join their successful team. Key duties and responsibilities: Liaise with DAFM to ensure procedures; feedstock intake; OFSI dispatch are in line with licence conditions and all proposed changes are agreed with DAFM.Ensure all critical control parameters are satisfied and adhered to.Organise and manage maintenance of plant.Ensure all conditions of EPA licence are adhered to.Responsible for H & S. Criteria: Experience with Pirana maintenance manage system would be advantageous.Previous plant manager experience advantageous.Computer literate.Ability to motivate and manage a team.Be a Team Player.Be enthusiastic.
