Are you a Senior Cardiac Physiologist looking for a new exciting opportunity to work in the beautiful location of Donegal? We are delighted to assist our client in recruiting a Cardiac Physiologist to work in the cardiac department of a prestigious HSE national teaching hospital based in Donegal. This is a permanent position and a fantastic opportunity to join an energised team working in partnership with a variety of disciplines. The Role: The applicant will have comprehensive working knowledge and experience of cardiac invasive and non-invasive procedures in particular one or all of the following: Pacing/device implant/follow-up, Electrophysiology studies, Echocardiography Performance and reporting, Cardiac Catheterization. To have an understanding of the philosophy of the Cardiology department and how it aligns with hospital and corporate philosophy. Management of patient scheduling and reporting in conjunction with designated clerical officers through the use of the local Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS. To be involved/participate in the in-service training and college placement programs and to assist the Chief II in the developments of new codes of practice and training protocols. Eligible Criteria: Possess the BSc in Clinical Measurement from Dublin Institute of Technology or equivalent as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science (IICMS. Possess the Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) from Dublin Institute of Technology or equivalent as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science (IICMS.
