Social Media Manager, Job Ref. JO3213. Donegal. Permanent full-time role. Competitive Salary. Our client has is a leading retailer with a key store in Donegal supplying a full collection of tailored and casual wear both locally on store and on a much wider scale through online mediums. Due to continued growth they now with to recruit a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of how social media platforms work and their role in today’s commercial world with a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a commercial, creative, social media or marketing role. Role profile: Create and manage the social media plan for all social channels within set budgets. Work with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to create relevant and engaging content in keeping with the brand ethos and linked with online and in-store marketing. Clearly identify and communicate social media requirements for each campaign brief. Produce regular social media reports for internal circulation and if appropriate, make relevant improvements for future campaigns. Creation of visual content including photography and video for use across all social media platforms. Criteria: Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience in managing multiple projects. Excellent photography, videography, verbal and written communication skills. Graphic skills would be beneficial. Genuine passion and interest in high quality menswear, womenswear and home accessories. Experience in reporting on social media stats – particularly on engagement and reach and conducting competitor analysis. Passionate, dynamic and with a can-do proactive approach combined with high energy levels. Ability to identify when to work in an autonomous way and when to seek additional support plus the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
