Licenced Lettings Negotiator, Job Ref. JO3218 (X2. Letterkenny. Permanent role, Full-time hours. Competitive Salary DOE. Our client is a very well-established local business with an excellent reputation. Due to the continued growth an exciting opportunity now exists for two Licenced Lettings Negotiators. Both candidates will join this established company on a full-time and permanent basis. Role profile: The primary responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: Meeting prospective tenants on site; Negotiating lettings terms with tenants and landlords; Collating necessary references and carrying out reference checks; Preparing tenancy agreements; Completion of files, arranging utility transfers. Criteria: The ideal candidate will have: Excellent negotiation skills; Proficient telephone and written communication manner; Competent computer skills; Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; An ability to get along with the team and also to work on own initiative. Qualification and Experience: A min. of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role; Property Services Regulatory Authority Category C license. You should also have A full clean valid driver’s license, use of own car and relevant geographical experience of Letterkenny and its environs would be an advantage. Interested in this role?
