My client, an innovative and rapidly growing medical technology manufacturer in County Donegal, are looking for a talented Production Team Leader to join their team. This role is based in Donegal but would be commutable from Counties Derry or Tyrone. What will you be doing in this job As Team Leader, you will supervise a team of around 15 technicans and operators in a busy production enviornment, as well as ensuring production targets and with Quality and Safety standards are met. What will this job do for you? This is an opportune time for an up and coming supervisor to get hands on experience in a multinational medical device production facility. This role has opened because of the rapid growth within the company. Are you the ideal candidate? We'd love to hear from you if you have the following: 3 years experience supervising people in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of injection moulding is essential.
