Quality Engineer, Job Ref. JO3244. Letterkenny. 6 Month Contract. Salary DOE. This leading global outsource provider in manufacturing is a key employer in Donegal providing jobs to well over 200 people in the Letterkenny area. To support continuing development, they now wish to recruit a Quality Engineer for a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be a self-starter and a highly motivated individual. Must have a proven track record working within a Quality based role and an ability to work within the QMS using their own initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems in place; Reviewing batch records including sterilization data prior to product release; Develop and review specifications in conjunction with the customer; Generate change forms, protocols for validations, review the data and compile the reports. What we are looking for: We are looking for a quality engineer with previous experience in a manufacturing environment to provide support to our quality function. Ideally, the candidate will have an understanding of operating within a clean room environment and knowledge of the ISO 13485 standards.~Proven track record working within a Quality based role; Strong knowledge of ISO 13485/15378/FDA requirements and other relevant standards in place; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work on own initiative; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
