Sous Chef & Senior Chefs, Job Ref. JO3302. East/South Donegal. Perm. Full time roles (PT hours may also be available. Excellent Competitive Salary DOE. Our client is a reputable Hotel located in East/South Donegal. They are currently seeking to recruit a Sous Chef and Senior Chefs. This hotel operates all year round and has a busy Wedding, Functions, café bar and restaurant trade. Responsibilities: The appointed Chef/s will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel kitchens, ensuring maximum profitability, exceptional customer service and exceptional culinary standards at all times. The post holder/s will be required to build excellent interpersonal relationships with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders. The Sous Chef will manage and coordinate the kitchen teams and food service in the absence of the Head Chef. Senior Chefs are required to work with the Head Chef & the rest of the kitchen team to look after the kitchen operations and make sure outstanding food is produced and high standards are maintained. These roles will require close collaboration with the Head Chef, Executive Chef, Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure that the highest standard of customer service and culinary standards are achieved at all times. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate/s will have substantial, recent previous experience working in a similar capacity ideally in a 4-star hotel and ideally for a min. of 2 years+. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to demonstrate from your work history the ability to work under pressure.
