Back Office Administrator, Job Ref. JO3268 (re-advertisement. Letterkenny. Permanent, Full-time hours. Competitive Salary. Our client is an impressive, expanding business working in the healthcare retail sector across various parts of Donegal also with business interests in other parts of Ireland too. Due to growth plans they now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join their team on a full-time basis as a Back-Office Administrator. Responsibilities: Your role will be expansive and involve many areas of general administration; Assisting with Projects and facilities management; Filing; HR & Finance Admin/Compliance; You will play a key role in supporting the management team in day to day operations, helping deliver on their core purpose and growth objectives by keeping customers at the heart of everything they do. What we are looking for: It is an essential requirement that you have a Degree (or equivalent) in Business or a related discipline coupled with ideally some previous experience in a similar administrative type role; You will be proficient in all aspects of MS Office; You should be analytical, logical, conscientious and enjoy routine work and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail; You should have an excellent command of the English language both written and spoken and the ability to communicate at all levels; You should hold a full clean driving licence; We are looking a team player and someone who is flexible reliable and hardworking who has a can-do attitude; Ideally you will have previous experience in retail POS systems and online software packages (such as ZERO, Receiptbank etc.).
