Restaurant Manager, Job Ref. JO3307. East/South Donegal. Perm. Full time role. Excellent Competitive Salary DOE. Our client is a reputable Hotel located in East/South Donegal. They are currently seeking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for a full-time permanent role. This hotel operates all year round and has a busy Wedding, Functions, bar and restaurant trade. Responsibilities: Ensuring excellent front of house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service; Maximising sales and ensure team upsell products to enhance sales; Adhering to companies’ policies and procedures and health and safety standard; Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations; Organize and supervise shifts; Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. What we are looking for: Candidate must have 2+ years in a similar restaurant management position ideally from a hotel environment. Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
