Our Donegal based company is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the team providing administrative and support to the sales, production, quality and delivery teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven sales administrator. Responsibilities include: Handling customer queries by phone and email. Managing inbound orders. Contacting regular customers to confirm orders. Tele sales. Checking and amending orders on receipt of same with follow up confirmation orders thereafter. Updating system with orders. Building and developing relationship with customers. Co-Ordinating customer delivery expectations, lead times and managing orders from receipt to delivery. Working closely with sales team to ensure excellent customer service levels at all times. You will be/Possess: Previous experience in similar role. Strong IT skills particularly excel and access. Experienced in working in fast paced team environment. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Motivated with "can do" attitude. Ability to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels. Salary - Pending experience and qualifications.
