An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer with a Donegal based client. The successful candidate will report to the NPI Manager and join the New Product Introduction team. They will also be responsible for overseeing and managing new business awards and will be a self-starter, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual from a medical device or pharmaceutical background. THE ROLE: * Delivery of projects on medical devices through validation with its associated engineering analysis and into operations. * Liaise with the Quality function to lead the preparation and application for the plant's Manufacturer's/Importer's licence for drug handling with Health Products Regulatory Authority. * Lead supplier and customer management as appropriate including URS preparation and tool/equipment sourcing for the project. * Responsible for project management and financial control of projects throughout the project life cycle. * Liaise with the business functions as required to deliver projects on time. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in a discipline pertinent to Engineering. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements. * 3 years' experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
