Accounts Preparation/Payroll Administrator, Job Ref. JO3323. Letterkenny. Temp Role to cover Maternity Leave (approx. 9 months. Salary Level €25,000 per annum. Our client is a locally based Accountancy company with over 30 years’ experience, who provide a professional service to both self-employed and limited companies large and small. MYM Recruitment have been instructed by them to recruit for a temporary Accounts Preparation/Payroll Administrator to cover maternity leave for approx. 9 months. Key Responsibilities will be: Accounts preparation using Sage Accounts; Processing payroll using Collsoft (this also involves the bank payment of wages to client’s employees); Adhering to quality processes and procedures and maintain quality records; Ensuring the accuracy and completion of all work, reports etc. in a timely manner; Working in a confidential and professional manner at all times; Any other related/reasonable duties as required by management and/or the business objectives. What we are looking for: Experience is essential in Payroll and especially the new PAYE Modernisation System ; Experience of providing admin/accounts support in a busy accounts department; Knowledge of Collsoft; Proficiency in Sage Business Software; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; A relevant qualification in accountancy/finance.
