Our client is a well-known and very well-established hotel with a busy trade situated in the heart of Donegal. Responsibilities: To supervise a team of banqueting employees and allocate responsibilities; To communicate closely with the kitchen & beverage department; To assist in the training of all team members; To continuously improve service levels, presentations and set ups; To create the warm and friendly atmosphere expected by our Guests; To maintain an excellent level of staff presentation, and good housekeeping of the C&B Department. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience working in a similar role type; It is also important to be able to work on your own initiative as well as be part of the team; You should be able to demonstrate excellent people management Skills; You should have a good basic standard of education. Capable of developing your team to their full potential through training & encouragement. An ability to manage shifts, rosters & cash procedures. You must have a passion and genuine interest for the hospitality industry.
