The appointment for Assistant LThe appointments for Assistant Lecturer(s) are primarily in the Department of Tourism within the Faculty of Business. Please note: Any successful appointments will be filled on a part-time basis as required. The strategic priorities of the Faculty include the expansion of programmes and student numbers. The Department anticipates continued growth in Postgraduate, Undergraduate, Lifelong Learning and online programmes across a variety of related areas. Successful applicants can be involved in a range of multi-disciplinary programmes between other Departments across the Faculty. Candidates must have ONE or more in any of the following areas: • Hotel & Restaurant Revenue Management. • Customer Centric Selling & Guest Loyalty. • Building Success Metrics/Analytics for Digital Tourism Channels. • General Manager Expertise. • Duty/Hospitality Manager Expertise. • Marketing Tourism/Hospitality brands through Digital Channels.
